Job Details

The Payroll Services Administrator at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for assisting in the extraction of transactional and comprehensive professional payroll services to ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective end-to-end service for the group.



  • Assist with handling and completing requests in a timely manner, ensuring they meet business criteria.
  • Support with opening bank accounts for new employees, ensuring all bank requirements are met.
  • Support various payroll activities such as processing employee transfers, creating profiles, managing separations, and handling additions and deductions.
  • Collect and enter employee data accurately and on time, ensuring records are kept up-to-date.
  • Maintain a good level of customer service, ensuring internal customer satisfaction by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and addressing requests promptly.
