Job Details

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and backups, implementing updates and patches as required.
  • Assist in the deployment and integration of new IT solutions and technologies.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with company policies.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and support activities for knowledge sharing and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT-related challenges.
  • Support end-users with training and guidance on IT tools and best practices.
  • Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations relevant to the oil services industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in an IT support or specialist role.Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux operating systems.Experience with network administration, including LAN/WAN, routers, and switches.Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to work onsite (office-based arrangement).Flexibility to work full-time, under a long-term contract, and in an entry-level capacity.
