Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily transportation activities (deliveries, collections, and returns).
• Prepare daily and weekly transportation plans and assign tasks to drivers.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Maintenance, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor drivers’ compliance with routes, working schedules, and safety rules.
• Ensure vehicles are fully operational (maintenance, licenses, and insurance).
• Prepare regular reports on vehicle movements, transportation costs, and fuel consumption.
• Ensure proper documentation of all delivery and receipt orders.
• Follow cargo transportation procedures and ensure goods are handled safely.
• Suggest improvements to reduce costs and enhance operational performance.
Required Qualifications • Diploma or higher educational qualification. • 5 to 10 years of experience in transportation or logistics. • Proven experience in managing drivers and vehicle fleets. • Good computer skills.
