Job Summary
The Office Manager & CEO Personal Assistant is responsible for managing office operations while providing high-level administrative and personal support to the CEO. The role ensures smooth daily operations, effective time management for the CEO, and strong coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced events environment.


Key Responsibilities
Office Management & Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, service contracts, and maintenance.
- Control office expenses, petty cash, and administrative budgets.
- Maintain company records, contracts, and official documentation.
CEO Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules.
- Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, prioritizing communications and requests.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and briefing notes for the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Events & Business Support
- Coordinate between the CEO and internal departments (AM, Marketing, BD, Finance).
- Support CEO involvement in key events, client meetings, and VIP engagements.
- Assist with proposal preparation, contracts, and client documentation when required.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle emails, calls, and official communications on behalf of the CEO when delegated.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, suppliers, partners, and venues.
