Role Summary:

The Senior 3D Designer will bridge the gap between creative vision and physical reality. You will be responsible for designing high-impact exhibition booths and displays that are not only visually stunning but also technically sound and ready for production. Working within the Operations team, you will ensure every design is optimized for fabrication, logistics, and on-site assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Visualization: Create detailed 3D models, photorealistic renders, and technical drawings for bespoke exhibition stands and event displays.
• Technical Operations: Translate conceptual sketches into detailed construction drawings (including floor plans, elevations, and electrical layouts) to guide the fabrication team.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with the Sales and Project Management teams to ensure designs meet client budgets and venue regulations.
• Material Innovation: Research and select appropriate materials and lighting solutions that align with the company’s quality standards and sustainability goals.
• Quality Control: Review technical specs to ensure 100% accuracy before designs move to the workshop, minimizing "lead loss" and errors during the build phase.
• Digital Integration: Stay ahead of industry trends by incorporating digital elements (AV, interactive screens, lighting automation) into 3D environments
