Qualifications & Requirements5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within the construction or industrial sectors. Proven success hiring across GCC, MENA, and APAC regions. Strong experience collaborating with recruitment agencies. Proficiency in modern recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
