Better Orders supports food businesses in reducing reliance on third-party delivery apps by helping them look professional, engage customers effectively, and retain more of their revenue through direct ordering.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nasr City, Cairo, for a Sales & Client Success Coordinator supporting the UK market. The role is sales-led and client-facing, focused on converting enquiries into paying clients and managing ongoing client relationships.
The Coordinator will handle inbound enquiries from UK-based businesses, explain Better Orders’ services and pricing, close deals, and manage client onboarding. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships to ensure retention, identifying opportunities for package upgrades and premium services, and coordinating internally to ensure smooth service delivery. As the business grows, there is potential for the role to be expanded or restructured based on performance.
Working hours are Sunday to Thursday, operating on one of two shifts: 08:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
Qualifications • Strong communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to confidently engage takeaway and restaurant owners via phone, Whats App, and email • Sales or client success experience preferred, with a focus on lead conversion and relationship management • Ability to explain services and pricing clearly and professionally • Strong organisational skills to manage onboarding, subscriptions, payments, and follow-ups • Comfortable using basic tools such as Whats App, Trello, and Google Docs • Understanding of UK customer expectations and culture is an advantage • Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively within an on-site team environment
