Job Purpose:

Enhance customer experience and increase product attractiveness across showrooms by planning, executing, and developing professional visual merchandising strategies that reflect the brand identity and highlight product quality, without interfering in sales or administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement visual merchandising displays in line with brand standards.
• Maintain a unified visual identity across all showrooms.
• Develop creative display concepts for current and new collections.
• Ensure continuous visual readiness of showrooms.
• Coordinate and execute the display of new models after approval.
• Supervise fabrics used in visual display and ensure optimal utilization.
• Monitor fabric stock related to displays and conduct regular inventories.
• Ensure color and material consistency between displayed products, swatches, and approved standards.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to display teams.
• Review final displays and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Coordinate with sales teams to maintain visual standards (without performance management).
• Prepare periodic visual reports and follow global VM trends.
• Contribute to direct digital marketing initiatives when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts, or Interior Design).
• 2–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising (furniture/
showrooms experience is a must).
