Role Description We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with C1-level English proficiency for a full-time hybrid role located in Cairo, Egypt. The position allows a combination of on-site and remote work. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with customers to provide high-quality support, resolving inquiries and concerns, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and ensuring client satisfaction through professional service and timely assistance.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication Proficiency in English Teaching and Translation Experience in Training or coaching is considered advantageous Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to work independently
