Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives within the construction and engineering sectors. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through proactive networking, client meetings, and market research. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting through to negotiation and contract closure. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to develop tailored proposals and project bids. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to inform business strategy. Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field. From 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar business development role within construction, MEP, engineering services, or related sectors. Proven success in managing large-scale client portfolios and delivering consistent revenue growth. Must have a strong, existing client network in the same industry. Candidate’s network and business potential will directly influence her compensation, benefits, and commission. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure.
