Job Details

  • Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives and staff.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, directing them appropriately.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are managed.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information at all times.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth workflow.

3-5 years of proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and events.Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment.
