Manage and monitor inventory accurately on a daily basis, ensuring the availability of products and operational materials at the right time. The role focuses on organizing stock movements, inventory records, and stocktaking processes to ensure operational efficiency and minimize waste and losses.

• Monitor inventory status daily across all stock categories.
   
• Record all inventory movements accurately and ensure data correctness.
   
• Manage the inventory system and prepare low-stock lists with defined reorder timelines.
   
• Issue purchase requests to the procurement team with clear deadlines.
   
• Ensure consistency between system stock records and actual warehouse stock.
   
• Prepare and allocate product components and deliver operational requirements to the production team based on website orders.
   
• Manage the inventory system, extract daily received-order reports at fixed times, and update inventory Excel files.
   
• Set operational priorities for the production team based on demand and available stock.
   
• Define product dispatch priorities and follow up on customer shipments.
   
• Coordinate with shipping companies, track deliveries, and manage returns, including receiving and recording them.
   
• Record all warehouse inbound and outbound movements for items, parts, and finished products in real time.
   
• Count, sort, and track all operational materials, record inventory balances, and document waste and losses.
   
• Conduct periodic random stock audits to ensure warehouse accuracy and condition.
   
• Prepare a daily warehouse status report and share it with management and operations.
   
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual inventory and stocktaking reports.
