  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests and staff regarding company procedures and facilities.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols, including visitor logs and badges.
  • Support office management with inventory tracking and ordering of office supplies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations and communication.
