About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable Senior HR Specialist to join our Cairo operations. This role is responsible for managing core HR functions, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and supporting employees across their life cycle. The ideal candidate brings strong command of Egyptian labor laws, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
Job Description
- Manages day-to-day recruiting activities involving internal and external job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling and share feedback with hiring manager.
- Maintains clear, regular communications with hiring managers regarding position requirements, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, interviewing strategies, etc.
- Be responsible of the termination process involving preparation of separation paperwork, and exit interviews.
- Maintains employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Knowledge of, labor law, Social Insurance rules is preferable
- Plan the annual performance review sessions
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Assist in development & implementation of HR policies throughout the organization
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
6 years of proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR GeneralistFamiliarity with labor law, and Social Insurance rulesFamiliarity with full cycle recruitingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTime management skillsBSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
