Job Summary
The Hospitality Sales Executive is responsible for driving room revenue by acquiring new corporate clients, travel agencies, relocation companies, and long-stay partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, improving average daily rate (ADR), and strengthening the hotel’s market presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Actively sell room inventory to corporate clients, companies, embassies, NGOs, hospitals, universities, airlines, and long-stay guests
Generate new leads through cold calling, walk-ins, networking, and site visits
Build corporate rate agreements and long-stay contracts
Conduct hotel property tours and client presentations
Negotiate contracts within approved pricing guidelines
Account Management
Manage and grow assigned corporate and agency accounts
Maintain regular follow-ups with key partners
Monitor production performance of each account
Reactivate inactive clients
Revenue Optimization
Work closely with reservations and front office to maximize occupancy
Support promotional offers and seasonal campaigns
Track competitor pricing and market trends
Assist in rate strategy execution
Reporting & CRM
Maintain updated client database (CRM / PMS / Odoo / channel manager)
Submit weekly sales reports and pipeline updates
Track conversion ratios and booking sources
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the hospitality or B2B sector.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at an executive level.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Experience working with CRM software and sales reporting tools.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently from a home office.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.Willingness to travel within the MENA region as required.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
