We’re Hiring: Customer Technical Support (FinTech)
Codego is expanding its 24×7 Operations Team and is looking for a Customer Technical Support professional to support users across its fintech platforms and services.
In this role, you will be on the front line of customer experience, providing timely, accurate, and SLA-driven support, while working closely with Product, Technical, and Operations teams in an international fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and operational customer support on a 24×7 shift basis
Manage customer requests and incidents via ticketing systems and digital channels
Assist users with platform usage, features, and basic troubleshooting
Monitor and meet SLA targets for response and resolution times
Escalate complex or recurring issues to Product or Engineering teams when required
 

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow structured support procedures

What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer support, technical support, or help desk roles
Availability to work rotating shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
Basic understanding of digital platforms or software products
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in SLA-driven, structured environments
 

  • Good written and spoken English

Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
 

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and 24×7 support operations
  • Exposure to international customers
  • Interest or background in technology
