  • Supervise, plan, and monitor daily construction activities to ensure progress meets the project schedule.
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, labor teams, and suppliers on site.
  • Review drawings and method statements and ensure full compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports, material requests, RFI requests, and progress updates.
  • Conduct site inspections with consultants and handle technical clarifications with the Technical Office.
  • Review and verify executed quantities for invoicing and cost control purposes.
  • Monitor material deliveries, site logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and resolve site problems and propose technical solutions when required.
