- Prepare and review detailed mechanical drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Analyze project specifications and requirements to develop accurate material take-offs and bill of quantities.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, technical submittals, and compliance reports.
- Conduct technical evaluations of mechanical systems, components, and equipment to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Provide technical support and solutions to site teams during project execution and resolve design-related issues.
- Review and approve shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other technical documents submitted by contractors or vendors.
- Ensure all mechanical engineering activities comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date records of project documentation, revisions, and correspondence.
- Participate in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives to enhance project efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a technical office or similar engineering role.Proven experience in preparing and reviewing mechanical drawings and technical documentation.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering design software.Apply BIM to enhance coordination, reduce conflicts, and improve project delivery efficiency.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
