The Work
As anSAP Employee Central Time Management (EC Time) / Time Tracking Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP EC Time and Time Tracking solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their time management and tracking requirements, configure SAP solutions to meet their needs, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. Your expertise will be critical in delivering innovative time management solutions that enhance workforce productivity, ensure compliance, and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP Employee Central Time Management and Time Tracking solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
Time Tracking and Absence Management: Configure and manage time tracking, work schedules, time sheets, absence management, and time-off policies within SAP EC Time and Time Tracking.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze time management and tracking requirements, providing innovative solutions to address complex challenges.
Integration Management: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EC Time and Time Tracking with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll) and third-party systems.
Compliance and Governance: Ensure time management and tracking solutions comply with local labor laws, organizational policies, and industry standards.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate time tracking configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the solution.
Training and Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP EC Time and Time Tracking solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance time management and tracking processes and leverage SAP innovations to deliver value to clients.
