The Branch Admin is expected to:
- Track the current customers’ re-enrollment.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Handle system updates, including customer information and transaction records.
- Collect unpaid balances and follow up on overdue payments.
- Process certificate requests and manage related inquiries.
- Address system-related requests such as make-up sessions, freezes, transfers and exams.
- Track and retain the current number of clients in the system.
- Follow up on missing clients and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor and respond to absent calls efficiently.
- Maintain positive customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
The Call Center Agent is expected to:
- Track the available leads and convert them to inquiries.
- Book placement tests.
- Conduct outbound sales calls.
- Handle clients' concerns and inquiries.
- Handle system updates, including customer information and transaction records.
- Follow up on missing clients and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain positive customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Shifts:
- 8 working hours - from 2 PM to 10 PM (for branch admins) / rotational (for call center agents).
- 6 days a week- Fridays off.
- Work Locations available: Nasr City, Maadi, Rehab.
