Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt, with the opportunity for partial remote work. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, managing customer accounts and inquiries, and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer interactions. Responsibilities also include analyzing customer data to identify trends, collaborating with sales and project management teams to address customer needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and customer service skills Proficiency in Sales and ability to support sales efforts Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication Well-developed Analytical and problem-solving skills Experience in Project Management to successfully handle multiple tasks and priorities Proficiency with CRM software and relevant tools is beneficial Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
