Role Description
The Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and matching them with suitable real estate options. You will be expected to guide clients through the entire sales process, negotiate effectively, maintain up-to-date market knowledge, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals. As a salesperson, you will also focus on building strong client relationships and staying informed about industry trends to offer the best advice and solutions.

Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets and streamline processes efficiently Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and understanding their needs Aptitude for Training and mentoring others to enhance team performance Proficiency in real estate practices, market knowledge, and property trends Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities effectively, and collaborate within a team environment Previous experience in real estate sales or a related role is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field is preferred
