Role Description The Property Advisor role is a full-time on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in managing property portfolios, advising on investment opportunities, and ensuring satisfaction through outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include understanding clients' needs, offering tailored property recommendations, and leveraging financial insights to provide informed advice.
Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients. Demonstrated expertise in Property Management and Investments to provide informed advice and handle client portfolios. Experience in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting relationships. Knowledge of Finance and market trends to offer tailored investment recommendations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage. Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus.
