Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for an English Teacher. The English Teacher will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that align with the academic curriculum. Duties include assessing and evaluating students' progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback. Additional responsibilities include preparing classroom materials, promoting a positive learning environment, and participating in school events and professional development activities.
Qualifications Expertise in English language teaching, grammar, and literature Lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management skills Excellent verbal and written communication, public speaking, and listening skills Passion for teaching, adaptability, and ability to engage with students of different learning levels Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; a teaching certification in TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent is preferred Previous teaching experience, especially with the IB program, is a strong advantage Proficiency in using technology for online and offline teaching Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues effectively
