Role Description This is a full-time role for a Fresh Real Estate Agent, based on-site at our office in New Cairo. Responsibilities include assisting clients with property inquiries, conducting property tours, identifying client needs, and offering personalized support to ensure the best real estate experience. The agent will also stay updated on market trends, maintain and grow client relationships, and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and goals.
Qualifications A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Estate regulations Proficiency in Sales and Real Property management Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships An understanding of Real Estate markets in Egypt and the Middle East Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude Bachelor’s degree in any related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus Previous experience in sales or real estate (preferred but not mandatory)
