Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, sales data, and logistics challenges0-5 years of experience in freight forwarding and Team Management and Training to lead, mentor, and enhance team efficiency Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client requirements effectively Proficiency in using relevant sales and logistics management tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred
