Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior . NET Software Developer with strong experience in Fin Tech and financial institutions backend systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services that support mission-critical financial applications. This role requires deep expertise in . NET technologies, distributed systems, and financial domain best practices.
Key Responsibilities:· Design, develop, and maintain backend services using . NET / . NET Core / ASP. NET Core· Build and optimize high-availability, low-latency financial systems· Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices· Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with financial regulations· Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models· Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms· Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams· Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and enforcing coding standards· Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance· Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps
Required Skills & Qualifications:· 3+ years of software development experience· Strong expertise in C#, . NET, . NET Core, ASP. NET Core· Proven experience in Fin Tech or financial institutions backend development· Solid understanding of financial systems, transactions, and data consistency· Experience building scalable, distributed, and microservices-based architectures· Strong knowledge of SQL Server / Postgre SQL / Oracle (or similar)· Experience with ORMs such as Entity Framework / Dapper· Hands-on experience with API security, encryption, and secure data handling· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:· Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)· Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Azure Service Bus)· Experience with event-driven architectures· Familiarity with PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001, or other financial compliance standards· Exposure to high-volume transaction processing systems· Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
