The Role: UX/UI Designer Intern
Are you a thoughtful designer who cares about user experience, clean interfaces, and intuitive product flows?
Swapop is looking for UX/UI Designer Interns to help design and improve the user experience across our mobile app and digital touchpoints. You’ll work closely with the founder, product, and engineering teams to turn ideas into user-centered designs that feel simple, modern, and made for Gen Z.
This is an unpaid internship designed for designers who want real-world product experience, a strong portfolio, and exposure to building a startup from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile app features• Translate product ideas and user needs into intuitive, user-centered designs• Create and maintain design components and UI patterns for consistency• Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring designs to life• Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability insights, and testing• Help shape Swapop’s design system, visual language, and product experience

What We’re Looking For
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar• Understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design• Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy• Ability to think from the user’s perspective and solve problems through design• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote startup environment• Passion for product design, startups, and Gen Z digital experiences
