We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide and coach cross-functional teams in applying Scrum and Agile best practices, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the team and organization on how to use Scrum and other Agile frameworks effectively.
- Oversee the Scrum process and coach teams to promote transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives, ensuring full team engagement.
- Support Product Owners and development teams in backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning.
- Ensure development processes and deliverables align with product vision and business objectives.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, ownership, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify, highlight, and proactively escalate project risks and impediments to ensure timely resolution
