Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily production activities in line with the approved production plan.
- Supervise production lines and monitor workforce performance to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and quality standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO).
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste and production losses.
- Coordinate with the Quality department to inspect products during and after production.
- Work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure equipment readiness and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Ensure proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Identify production issues and process deviations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily and periodic production reports and performance metrics.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Train, guide, and evaluate production staff and new hires.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
