Role Summary:
We are looking for an analytical and strategic Business Analyst to serve as the vital link between our business objectives and technology solutions. You’ll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements to drive the development of products that deliver tangible business value. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and skilled facilitator, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and translate complex business needs into precise, actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop key project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.
• Model business processes, define business rules, and create use cases and workflow diagrams to guide development teams.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact analysis to assess the implications of change and recommend optimal solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders at all levels to clarify requirements and build consensus.
• Act as a product owner proxy, prioritizing the backlog and validating delivered features against business requirements.
