???? Pharmacist Company: Doss Pharmacies Location: Egypt Employment Type: Full-time Job Description Doss Pharmacies is seeking a qualified and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our growing network. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering safe pharmaceutical care, supporting customers with evidence-based advice, and contributing to operational excellence across our branches. Key Responsibilities Dispense prescriptions accurately in compliance with Egyptian regulations and internal SOPs. Provide professional counseling on medications, dosage, interactions, and lifestyle guidance. Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory control of all pharmaceutical products. Monitor expiry dates and maintain stock availability. Support sales performance through ethical recommendation of OTC and wellness products. Maintain high standards of customer service and patient safety. Use pharmacy systems (ERP/POS) for dispensing, inventory, and reporting. Comply with all Ministry of Health and Egyptian Drug Authority requirements. Collaborate with branch teams to achieve operational and commercial targets. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy. Valid Egyptian Pharmacist License. Minimum 1–3 years experience in community pharmacy (fresh graduates with strong skills may apply). Strong knowledge of medications, supplements, and basic clinical counseling. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work shifts and in a fast-paced retail environment.
