Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Insurance Sales role, based in Ad Daqahliyah, Egypt. The role involves engaging with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, offering high-quality customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business targets. Responsibilities include generating leads, explaining insurance products and policies, assisting with claims inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. While primarily office-based, some tasks can be performed remotely, offering flexibility in work arrangements.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance Brokerage, and Health Insurance. Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service and understanding client needs. Familiarity with insurance industry practices and regulations, with a focus on risk evaluation and policy management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an asset.
