Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Digital Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing online marketing strategies, and managing social media platforms to enhance brand presence. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with the team to create and execute communication strategies that effectively communicate the brand’s vision and projects to the target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects
* Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other digital platforms
* Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates
* Plan, monitor, and control digital marketing budgets and ROI
* Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports and insights
* Coordinate with sales, content, and design teams to ensure campaign alignment
* Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices in the real estate market
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
* Previous experience in Real Estate Developers is a must
* Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and customer behavior
* Hands-on experience with performance marketing and lead generation
* Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
