Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for our Customer Service Department at E-planet Educational Services, located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves assisting customers and responding to inquiries to deliver a positive service experience. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions, ensuring satisfaction, handling phone communications with professionalism, and addressing customer needs effectively. The role also involves maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's educational services to provide accurate and relevant information.
