We’re looking for a Trainer to deliver effective new-hire and ongoing training programs for our customer experience teams. The ideal candidate is confident, engaging, and experienced in facilitating classroom or virtual training in a BPO or customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities Deliver new hire and refresher training sessions. Train agents on product knowledge, soft skills, systems, and procedures. Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback. Maintain accurate training reports and documentation. Support updates to training materials and contribute to process improvement.
Minimum Requirements Fluent English speaker (B2–C1). Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in BPO industry. Strong communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with call center operations.
