Role Description The Executive Business Manager will support organizational leadership in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-departmental activities, managing schedules, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring alignment with the company’s goals. This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Cairo, with some opportunity to work from home or remotely sometimes from any spot in the world! The position also may require frequent traveling inside and outside Egypt. You will be in an executive position, so upon the grant from the owner(s) you will have the right to take serious decisions. You connect the Owners, CEOs, Managers and Clients together, help the Owners to keep the work in order. You report directly to the HR Manager, General Manager or Group Owners.
Qualifications Strong organizational skills, including time management and attention to details Effective communication abilities in English; knowledge of Dutch or Arabic is a plus Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to learn and explore new fields and domains Proficiency in project management and coordination Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and culturally diverse environment Previous leadership or management experience is an advantage Good-looking model standards, you will be the image of the Business Group Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Psychology or a related field is preferred (We believe in experience more than theory)
