Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware components, drivers, and peripheral devices (e.g., printers, smart devices). Perform routine checks and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues on-site. Support the setup and integration of smart devices, robots, and related systems. Provide basic electrical support, including circuit connections, voltage checks, and use of measuring tools. Assist with networking setup and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, connectivity issues). Support SQL Server database activities such as basic handling, backups, and issue escalation when needed. Monitor and manage Windows services and system processes, ensuring smooth performance. Document field activities, prepare reports, and escalate unresolved technical issues. Ensure timely response to incidents, adhering to SLAs and company standards. Work independently in the field while collaborating closely with the FS Department Manager and other technical teams.
Job Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in technical support, field service, or IT hardware/software roles. Strong knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting drivers and hardware components. Hands-on experience with setting up devices (printers, smart devices, and other peripherals). Basic knowledge of robots and smart systems. Fundamental electrical knowledge (circuit connections, voltage, measuring tools). General understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, IP addressing). Basic knowledge of SQL Server and database handling. Familiarity with Windows services and system processes. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Flexibility to work independently in field environments and adapt to different situations.
