* Provide administrative support to the operations and project teams
* Prepare, organize, and follow up on operational documents and reports
* Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, finance, HR) to ensure smooth daily operations
* Track project-related data, schedules, and site requirements
* Handle correspondence, data entry, and filing (hard & soft copies)
* Support management with day-to-day operational tasks as needed
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field* 3 - 7 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role* Strong organizational and time-management skills* Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure* Good communication skills in English and ArabicNice to Have* Experience in construction, MEP, or project-based companies ( is preferred)* Familiarity with basic operational or site documentation* Experience dealing with suppliers or subcontractors
