Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Paid Acquisition Specialist (Google & Meta). The specialist will manage paid acquisition efforts on platforms like Google Ads and Meta, oversee campaigns, and analyze performance to optimize spend and improve ROI. Additional responsibilities include conducting thorough market research, executing strategic testing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals with overarching business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance. Experience and knowledge in Paid Acquisitions and Market Research to identify opportunities and craft competitive strategies. Exceptional Communication and Program Management skills to effectively collaborate across teams and manage campaign projects efficiently. Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta advertising tools; certifications in these platforms are a plus. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Google Analytics and experience with A/B testing frameworks is beneficial. Results-driven and proactive, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
