About the internship:


This is a full-time Internship located in Dokki - Giza . The Recruitment Intern will learn everything about the hiring process by screening and interviewing candidates, communicating with potential hires, and supporting the recruiting team. The intern will also help organize and conduct training sessions for new recruits, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles in the call center.

Hours and Days Off: 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday and Thursday Off

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Cairo. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing HR processes, including the development and enforcement of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. The role involves collaborating with team members and leadership to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment, as well as addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) knowledge and practices Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies Strong skills in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work on-site and maintain a hands-on approach Familiarity with labor laws and regulations is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
