Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion standard processes Configure Oracle Fusion modules using functional setups and best practices Prepare functional documentation (BRD, FDD, setup documents) Support end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation projects Lead and support System Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, reports, and extensions Support data migration and cutover activities Provide user training, go-live, and post-implementation support Ensure solutions align with Oracle Fusion cloud standards and upgrade cycles Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERPStrong experience in at least one Fusion module:Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) SCM (Procurement, Inventory, OM, Manufacturing) HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Talent) Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes Experience working in cloud ERP implementation projects Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
