We’re Hiring: Content Production Manager (E-Learning & Technical Programs)
AMIT is looking for a Content Production Manager to build and scale our technical content production operation. You will transform our content creation into a scalable, efficient production system that delivers high-quality learning content at speed and scale. What you’ll do:Build and run a complete content production pipeline (from idea to published course) Recruit, evaluate, and hire qualified technical instructors Manage instructors, script writers, editors, and reviewers Oversee program structures, course plans, and content roadmaps Ensure quality, consistency, branding, and on-time delivery Improve production speed, reduce cost, and increase output using systems, automation, and AI tools Who we’re looking for:Background in Project Management, Content, E-learning, Training, or Media Production Basic technical background (Software / IT / Engineering or similar) Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Chat GPT) and modern productivity tools Strong organizer, system thinker, and execution-focused
