Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Route Sales Representative based in Cairo, allowing for a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. The individual will be responsible for managing an assigned sales route to build and maintain strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and ensure timely delivery of Met Life products and services. Daily tasks include customer engagement, handling inquiries, maintaining financial processes, and achieving sales goals while representing Met Life’s core values.

Qualifications

Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and close sales effectively Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines Customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely in a dynamic and hybrid work environment Proficiency in financial operations and reporting tools Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred Experience in sales roles, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, is an asset Fluency in English and Arabic is required
