As our social presence grows, we are hiring a skilled Social Media Manager who can own the voice and vision of multiple brands and help build our own.
Role Overview
This is not just a posting-and-replying job. As our Social Media Manager, you will lead full-spectrum strategy and execution across:Client social accounts (fashion, real estate, and e Commerce)
And most importantly, Scale Hub’s own brand presence across platforms
You should also be comfortable creating and appearing in content as needed. From BTS reels and founder content to trend participation and team showcases, you will have the opportunity to drive content from the front.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage monthly content calendars in Arabic and English for all accounts
Write captions, plan visuals, and schedule posts across Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and Snapchat
Manage real-time posting, DMs, comments, and social interactions
Own the growth and voice of Scale Hub’s internal social channels
Create or support in filming Reels and Tik Toks with the team or independently
Track metrics such as engagement, reach, shares, saves, and follower growth
Collaborate with content teams for shoots, editing, and platform optimization
Adapt content strategies using performance data, trend research, and testing
Maintain brand voice and storytelling quality across multiple industries
What We Are Looking For Fluency in Arabic and English with strong writing and captioning skills
Understanding of Middle Eastern fashion, ecommerce and real estate consumer mindset
Confidence in front of the camera and in leading creative content production
Deep knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Linked In trends
High ownership and organizational skills across multiple brands
Previous agency experience or the ability to juggle multiple clients smoothly
A passion for social-first creative thinking and fast trend execution
Tools and Platform Requirements Must-Have Platforms Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Snapchat
Meta Business Suite and Creator Studio
Canva or Adobe Express for minor visual tweaks
Cap Cut or InShot for mobile-first editing
Google Sheets or Notion for planning and collaboration
Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite for post scheduling and calendar management
Analytics and Reporting Experience interpreting platform insights and applying them to improve strategy
Ability to prepare monthly reports with growth and content performance breakdowns
Familiarity with lead generation content strategies and high-retention creatives
