As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team and help us expand our client base.
Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative / Account Manager with a strong track record in B2B client acquisition and account management within the recruitment and tech & software engineering space.
This role is offered as an independent contractor engagement and is compensated through high-percentage commissions paid in USD, with no base salary. It is ideal for sales professionals who are comfortable owning the full sales cycle and want a transparent, high-upside commission structure while working remotely and independently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing new clients, and managing ongoing client relationships in close collaboration with the recruitment team. Full professional proficiency in English is required.
Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the tech & software engineering industry through various channels, including networking and referrals. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and maximize revenue. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the U. S. tech & software engineering industry. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience and successful placements.
Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a recruitment agency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Experience in the tech & software engineering industry. Experience in either the U. S. market or the Gulf is a must.
