Job Description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality delivery of functional outputs. The Sr. BA will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, government customers, and technical teams, with a strong focus on Customs, investment modernization, and related domains.
Requirements
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Proven experience in Customs, Supply Chain, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Warehousing (Mandatory)
Experience working on complex systems (multiple modules & processes)
Ability to quickly understand large products and deliver efficiently
Fluent in English & Arabic
Willingness to travel onsite and stay for extended periods if required
BA certification is a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent
Experience working with government clients is highly preferred
