Key Responsibilities:- Install and maintain desktop hardware/software (Windows, Office 365)
- Troubleshoot issues via helpdesk ticketing systems
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory
- Support mobile devices (iOS/Android)
- Ensure security with anti-virus and encryption tools
Requirements- Fluent in English and Arabic with valid working permit in Egypt
- CompTIA A+ or MCP certification preferred
- Experience with Windows, Active Directory, and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- At least 0.5 to 1 years of professional IT troubleshooting work experience
