Job description:

We are seeking qualified candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in design management within architectural firms operating in Egypt or the MENA region.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in team leadership and/or design management in reputable architectural firms.

Experience in organizing day-to-day workloads and managing teams effectively.

Strong time management skills, including the ability to handle busy schedules and address daily client feedback.

Essential team motivation and leadership skills.

Fundamental understanding of structural and MEP systems.

Requirements:

- Require fluency in spoken and written English

- Must be a team player and enjoy working as a team

- Must be comfortable with multiple zoom video meetings a day and working together as a team via zoom screen sharing as if working together side-by-side in office. Must be comfortable with communication via messaging apps throughout the day.

- Must have interior design experience

- Need to be able to work 5 days a week from 9AM-6PM 8 hours a day (1 hour break in between)

- Must be comfortable with time tracker that takes screen shot while working on task,

Proficiency in Revit,3D Design and 3D Modeling

Strong skills in 3D max and AutoCAD

Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills

Experience with relevant design software and tools

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
