  • Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls with potential clients to introduce company services and assess opportunities.
  • Conduct regular market mapping and segmentation to prioritize high-potential customers and sectors.
  • Identify and explore new markets to expand the company’s customer base and business presence.
  • Generate qualified leads through market research and other tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and outcomes.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Track and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract award and handover.
  • Manage invoice issuance and follow up on collections in coordination with finance to ensure timely payment.
  • Coordinate post-sales handover to operations to ensure smooth project initiation.
  • Support the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
  • Prepare and coordinate commercial proposals in line with customer requirements and company guidelines.
  • Utilize the SAP system to manage customer records, sales orders, invoicing, and reporting accurately.
